i liked the onsen and sauna facilities, they were clean and very relaxing. the hotel provided free food and drinks, including rice, bread, curry, soda, coffee, tea, juice and alcohol. the staff communicated well and held my amazon package. the toilets remained clean.

The limited space for luggage was inconvenient. I needed to access my suitcase on a separate floor. it stopped on every level.

The hotel provided many free amenities, also food and drink. The location to the station is very close. I found luggage space for all sizes. They have both an indoor and open air onsen.

The place was not clean. I found hair and nails from previous tenants in my capsule. I saw how dirty the bathroom was in the corners. Some toilets had the same disgusting smell all the days I was there.
